Purple Cow Real Estate was launched in 2014 after I recognised an important gap in the market — the need to provide superior property management solutions for local and interstate investor clients in the Greater Springfield area.
I’ve been involved in the Greater Springfield region since 2006. It is part of the strategic Western Growth Corridor in the South East Queensland property market. Essentially a satellite city in its own right, nestled between Brisbane and Ipswich, its well-equipped infrastructure includes a university, hospital, schools, a large retail shopping centre and a modern sports complex.
By providing remarkable service to landlords from purchase through ongoing property leasing, management, and maintenance, our Purple Cow team now manages the region’s largest number of rental properties. Our results speak for themselves—realestate.com.au figures verify that we generate an average of 11% higher market rents for our landlord clients than competing agents and selling prices that are $73,000 higher for our home-selling clients.
