With over two decades of experience selling homes, I bring in-depth knowledge and expertise to my role as a licensed real estate agent with Purple Cow Real Estate. My current focus is on the vibrant market of Greater Springfield, where I am privileged to assist sellers and buyers in their real estate endeavours.
Focusing purely on residential sales, I work with a mix of builders, owner-occupiers, first-home buyers, and investors. My core area is Springfield Lakes, but I also sell houses, townhouses, and blocks of land in Augustine Heights, Bellbird Park, Ripley, Goodna, Redbank, and Raceview.
Greater Springfield is an up-and-coming region, with the market here growing by more than 50% since 2017. We have wonderful parks, sporting and entertainment facilities, sought-after schools and a large multicultural community. The area has everything you need, including convenient access to Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
My role is to bridge the gap between sellers and buyers, using my well-honed negotiation skills to help people move on to their next home or profit from their investments. Our large support team at Purple Cow Real Estate can help with everything from organising trades to creating virtual tours and videos.
