As a seller of new home and land packages at Purple Cow, I specialise in turning dreams into reality. I work with my clients every step of the way (sometimes for up to a year or more) to plan their dream home on their block of land.
For more than a decade, I have been selling home and land packages across Southeast Queensland. My knowledge of emerging areas in this property market includes Greater Springfield and other new developments west, east, and south of Brisbane, extending as far south as the Gold Coast. I have extensive knowledge of existing home and land packages and soon-to-be-released developments.
At Purple Cow, we partner with builders and developers, acting as their sales force until all home and land packages in a new estate are sold. We work with a broad range of new home buyers, from first-time buyers to those looking to upgrade or downsize and property investors.
Building a new home can be exciting but also daunting if you’ve never done it before or for a long time. My role is to make the process as uncomplicated and smooth as possible for buyers and builders.
What you see is what you get; what I say is what I’ll do. I take a consultative approach with both my home-buying and home-builder clients. You can expect me to provide professional and realistic advice and clear and concise communication so there are no grey areas.
